besides the fact that the landlady was spawned from the devil and is senile, and assuming nothing goes wrong, this place would be nice. spiders tend to be everywhere however, and the landlady is a bit crazy whenever there is a problem. whenever we told maintenance of a problem, it was not solved. the electric in the building is crap and half the lightbulb outlets will burn out lightbulbs in a day. they give you 1 month air filters which are changed every 6 months. if the property was under new management and had different help, this would not be a bad place to live given the location. the screen door does not fit, so it thats the only door closed bugs and random bugs will crawl in. not bad if you like neighboors who keep to themselves, although there were some cool people there.

I totally agree with this review. The woman manager is so strange. They don't do anything after receiving complain. It will make you so mad. They are only like money receiver. not helpful at all.
