The landlady is completely crazy. If you look like or remind her of her daughter she will hate you. If you drink beer, she will hate you - even if it's just you and your roommate. And she will screw you on your deposit for personal reasons. She's NOT professional and very immature!!! And we had the same toilet break 4 times..the shower drain broke...the roofing is falling apart...
