I lived at Ashland Manor Apartments for four years from July of 2002 until July of 2006. I lived in a one bedroom right across from the office. For all the people saying that the landlady was crazy or ----- spawn or whatever, I would disagree. I was always polite and respectful to her and never had a single problem with her. If I hadn't left Columbia, I would probably still be living there unless something major has changed. I did have some minor maintenence issues, but they were resolved to my satisfaction.
I wanted to post a positive review because it seems like all the places on this sight are skewed by people who want to complain. As is usually the case it seems, 10 people complain as one praises.
