I had a terrible experience here. I was unaware of the mold problem (do not rent an apartment on the ground floor, the storage areas can flood and the mold is unbearable)and spent 4 years there with repeated sinus infections. The landlady was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Its cheap, but the utilities were outrageous, things don't get fixed, we had a mouse too, so I guess thats a problem.

Stay away...unless you like mice, mold etc.

SAME THING HERE. PROBLEMS NEVER GOT FIXED. MANAGER ALWAYS GAVE US THE RUNAROUND ON MAINTENANCE. BUGS EVERYWHERE. NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. UNBELIEVABLE.
