The landlord screamed at me when I told her the reason we had spider webs between our glass and screen doors was because they installed the wrong size door (which we informed them of prior to our checkout many times)....so we got charged 20 bucks for them to take a broom and knock them down. Also 6 bucks a lightbulb...the only reason we didnt put new ones in some of the sockets was because they went out after a day or two every time.....i informed her of this too and, of course, she yelled at me. She said stop buying cheap lightbulbs. Of course I informed her that i bought the most expensive ones at walmart just to see if any lightbulb could withstand the fire hazard wiring in the place..

wow seems like deja vu...yup just remember to clean out the filter in the dishwasher. and the deal with the light bulbs is rediculous, total money waster there. they still go out no matter what! we got about 2/3 deposit back though.

Light in our kitchen almost caught on fire and fell off the ceiling. The it was all rusted on the back from being repeatedly soaked by floods in the kitchen upstairs. And yes, ------is a nightmare.
