The spiders are horrible; the maintenance is slow; crappy carpet; thin walls, old appliances; bad parking; YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! They claimed
I did not clean the apartment, but I did and did very well. The only item that had an issue on check out day was the stove--I had forgot to clean the drip pans and the inside. Everything else was clean. I was told that I would receive my deposit minus the stove cleaning fee in 30 days. Well, I did not. I called ever week for about 2 months about the deposit. They always had some silly excuse why they had not sent it yet. When I finally got a check they had put my roommates name on it as well. I MOVED OUT OF STATE, MY ROOMMATE DID NOT! What idiots! And they charged me $125.00 for professional cleaning of the apartment after I had cleaned the crap out of it! Ashland Manor Apartments have shady business practices. I DO NOT recommend
this place unless you are in for a fight.

didn't get my security deposit back either; we replaced everything -- all light bulbs, all drip pans, we steam vacuumed the carpet - which looked better than when we moved in, everything was in great shape. landlady should be behind bars
