I really curse the day I moved into Ashland Manor.. The landlady is not helpful at all.. She is rude if you ever ask for help, and the worst part of living there was that when we moved in the apartment was infested with pests and bugs for which she made us pay the whole amount.
Also, she charges you for carpet cleaning a exorbitant amount when you are moving in. When we moved out, the apartment was very clean, but she never gave us our deposit back. I spoke with few of my friends who used to live here before, and they said the same thing too, that once you pay for your carpet cleaning and deposit when you are moving in, you might as well never expect to get anything returned.
