It was okay, but distastefully dirty, old, smelly, and moldy. There is hardly ever noise and neighbors are respectful. The worst thing was the tasteless condition of housing. They are older than God himself, I'm sure of it. I didn't look thoroughly when I signed the lease, but there is rust, mold, spider webs, and grime everywhere. Some apartments get bugs, but mine didn't.

the worst thng is the management; landlady in pretty much a gypsy Louisiana swamp witch; criminal business practices; no respect for tenants; ignored all requests for much-needed maintenance; preys on nice people with high-tolerance. Stay away if you're smart
