I have lived here for a year and think this is a great complex; not just because it's across the street from the MU campus. Last spring my apartment building burned down and the management was really great. They helped us sort things out and immediately gave us a new apartment. Everyone in the office is friendly, (they have actually left halloween and easter candy on our doors; who else does that')! The maintenance is great too, they always respond quickly and are friendly about everything. Somethings that aren't always great: no visitor parking during construction, the pool opening late, and the internet isn't always fast. Overall, it's a great place for the $ you spend. It's also been a quiet place and feels really safe. I would definitely recommend Ashwood to someone!
