There is no visitor parking and towed people if they parked elsewhere, the pool did not open summer of 2007 until summer was almost over, utilities bill was extremely high, new, cheap dishwasher that does not properly clean dishes (have to rinse completely clean before putting into dishwasher), overpriced rent for what you are getting. Also, another big reason I chose to rent from Ashwood was the fact that they had wireless internet available for free. What a joke!!! It was so slow and couldn't be used most of the time...it was a very frustrating situation. Even after many people had moved out after the end of the school year it was very, very slow during summer 2007. They told my roommate and I that we were right above a wireless internet router so we should not be having any issues, but we were and they didn't try to solve the problem.
Also, as someone reported below I left my apartment cleaner than when I moved in and I have yet to see my deposit back yet. I left a forwarding address for them to mail it to me and I have tried to call but no one ever answers the phone and the answering machine still has a message from a woman who worked there a year ago, but has been gone for months. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
