Good location, safe neighborhood, decent price, clean, good layout (except kitchen); on the other hand, old fixtures and appliances needed maintenance too often and the maintenance staff were rude and expected residents to fix things themselves (like often-clogged pipes). Office staff is very nice when leasing, but off-and-on once you're a resident. One thing was never explained: what the "community utility" was and why it was always a different price (avg. $35)--and was not mentioned when leasing. The great neighborhood and low deposit amount were very attractive. Overall, a good place to live if you're willing to decorate a little bit.
