This place sucks, the utility fee they don't tell you about until you sign the lease is supposed to be a shared fee for water and gas to heat the water based on each buildings usage. If that were true the less occupied buildings would be charged less, but we are not. Right now someone has been running water for the last 12 hours straight and I will have to bear the cost. The fees are almost $20 higher than I was quoted. Everything here is old. ---- I hate this place and my neighbors, they are loud and the they don't hesitate to play their Spanish country music ---- at all hours of the night and drink beer in the parking lot. Some people also like to throw fireworks off their balcony, no lie.
