I have lived in apartments all the way from northern michigan to Columbia and in reading some of the other reviews about the maintenance staff i feel they are wrong! Any time i have had any kind of problem they where nothing but considerate and helpful. not only did they fix my sink when it was leaking they replaced the whole thing! After they replaced it they explaind to me why it was leaking and what they had done to fix it! i have had no problems sence. we did have a problem with our bathtub sometime later not draing. the maintenance man explained to me that they did not have the proper tool to extract the clog from the drain but that he could put a chemical down it and it helped a lot! Fact of the matter is No one has ever been rude to us or un-helpful, from the office staff to the maintenance men! you can not expect some one to fix something with out the proper tools! I think they are great people and do a great job!
