I am currently living here, and i have asked the maintenance to fix a leaky wall 3 times, they dug up my wall and then left it there for over a week, then claimed it was fixed it rained hard one day after they had "fixed" it and my floor was soaked, i had a computer by that window thinking hey they fixed it i guess i can put it back. well that was the dumbest thing i did. luckily i got home and moved it before it got too wet. If they can't fix it fine no big deal just move me to another one. Other than that i like the place.

While they were "fixing" this person's wall on the bottom floor, I could hear the pump inside my third floor apartment. My friend was visiting and it was so annoying it kept her awake.
