I lived here for 7 months in '06 while doing clinical training in Columbia. Cable and internet are included in rent, which is great. The location is convienient to 70 & 63; with shopping and some restuarants within 3 mins. Downtown is also easy to get to. The two pools were nice, and though I don't golf, I did walk along the 3 hole course alot. Very private-not alot of traffic. I had a carport spot with my unit, but there was lots of spaces in front of the buildings too. I never needed to call maintenance, so I don't know what their service is like.

These reviews read like adds. They each make a big deal about cable and internet, but I hear the internet service is not that fast and is undependable.

The reason people make a "big deal" about the cable and internet is that its included in the fantastic price. Sure other places provide it but you'll pay $300-400 a month more for it. Yes, the internet isn't that fast but its adequate for most people's use.
