I lived here for 2 years and its a fantastic place to live if you meet the standards. Dan Hagan is on top of everything and so are all his staff. Despite the age of the apartment complex it doesn't look or feel like it. Because of the standards, the community is great except the rare loud music. It seems like the owner groups people together based on lifestyle so residents are more compatible. Like said before, the rent is out of the world for a 2 bedroom that includes expanded basic cable and "high" speed internet (its not the most high speed but adequate for general web browsing).
