It is a nice place to live. I leased it over phone and saw the location on google earth and it looked all right. So we came to columbia and Dan hagan, the property owner was there for us to take care of all the paperwork after 6:00 pm without any hitch. It is very nicely maintained, well mowed lawns etc. The rent is very reasonable and that included high speed internet and cable. I sound like i am getting money to write this, but i am very pleased with everything here and I will strongly recommend this to anyone .
