Let me start off by saying that last year I lived at another complex (Jefferson Commons) and that they do not even compare to Campus View. Everything so far has been great! The pool actually has tons of chairs and is always clean. Tanning bed works great, unlike J.C. Fitness center is much better! The overall quality of the complex is great. It's a little bit older than some other properties but they upkeep it very well. They are constantly replacing and or adding things. I have all new furniture and carpet. The apartment is much bigger and nicer than my last one and my rent is MUCH more reasonable!!! Office staff and maintenance are awesome!!!! Couldn't be more friendly and helpful. (They weren't at J.C.) I feel safe at Campus View and haven't had any problems with Vandilism here! I had my car broken into at JC and no one seemed to give a crap. Campus View is a little noisy on weekends but no where near as noisy as everywhere else I've lived. Security Officer actually responds at Campus View and is very helpful. JC told me they had one, but funny, never could reach him! I would definetly recommend Campus View as a place to live. You'll get the most for your $$ here!
