I have lived in Campus View for almost a year now, and I can't say my experience has been too positive. My three roommates and I were surrounded by drunken fraternity boys who terrorized us for the whole year: throwing things over our balcony, barging into our apartment, and having loud parties (which lasted until early in the morning on numerous random school nights). The management was friendly, but didn't do a good job of notifying us of some maintenance work they did. Unlike many residents, I have a job which requires me to stay here over breaks, which is when they do a lot of maintenance. I came home late one night to find my locks had been changed. Campus View had sent a letter to my parents' house, where I do not live, to "notify" me of the lock change. The kithcen appliances are flimsy and break often. The beds are hard as rocks, and even with a mattress pad, they are still uncomfortable. I can't wait to move into a real apartment that isn't so much like an eternal episode of MTV's Real World.
