Like living in a dorm' Then this is the place for you.

College Park is basically one step up from living in a dorm. And as long as you?re happy with that, it shouldn?t be too bad of a place to live.
Management is difficult to deal with; problems usually take weeks to solve. The apartments are supposed to come furnished, yet many people move in and have to wait weeks to months before all furnishings are present/repaired.
Enjoy the pool/jacuzzi at your own risk, as people frequently have sex in them.
Noise can be a huge problem, as parties are pretty regular and the walls are fairly thin.
Rent is a little high, but underclassmen are usually willing to pay it to get out of the dorms.
