I lived in campus view in 2002. My roommate got held at gunpoint during Christmas time. Parties all night on the weekends. Very loud, drunk people everywhere. It's the place to be if you love college life, I suppose. It does have a laundry room, it's furnished, and the utilities are a decent price. And if you don't have a roommate, they pick them for you. The office people lie about everything, so don't take their word. But if you are not into the college student lifestyle of partying all the time, this probably isn't the best place for you. And by the way, when they say the price is $250 for a four bedroom, they mean per person, just in case anybody gets confused.
