I went for College Park primarily because it is one of the cheaper places in this town. Now I see why. The three story walkway outside our apartment is literally falling through, our washer, dryer and dishwasher are older than I am, the free cable in my bedroom is barely visible, the drains clog all the time, and our toilet is broken, causing our bathroom floor to mildew. Combine this with the fact that when I toured the grounds, I was told that there was a roommate matching service for people who didn?t have anyone to live with (like me-I transferred from SMSU in Springfield). I filled out the roommate inquiry and was paired with the exact opposite type of people I had requested, and we only get along once in a while if we are forced to. To make matters worse, the people who live below us have parties literally EVERY night, and play music so loud that it jarrs the windows in our apartment. Trust me, unless you are like those annoying little immature kids that live below me, you will more than likely be like me, looking for a new apartment after only 3 months.
