I'm moving because I just can't take it!

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2006-01-01

They let anyone and everyone in this place! One of my neibors was arrested, there are drug deals down the street and noise control what is that' I don't walk outside at night...it is just not safe! They have told me that they would replace the windows, but that was two years ago and I still have my paper thin drafty windows!
