Management is horrible. They ignore you until you're rent is late or until they want you to renew your lease. Yea Right! They don't maintain anything! Parking sucks.
The entryways into the apartments are not well maintained. (they stink and are dirty)
Rules are NEVER enforced.
It's overall just a bad place to live, especially with all of the good communities to dwell at in Columbia. It just is NOT worth the money. Don't let the open house fool you...the staff put on a good act for me too.
