Beside your occasional silverfish, the crappy laundry facility, and the murky water, it wasn't bad UNTIL new mngmt took over in December. I lived there from April 2007 to May of 2008. When the new mngmt took over it suddenly became very ghetto. People are always loitering outside, loud, and negligent when it comes to watching their kids. My car was broken into, then my boyfriend's car was broken into a week later. The new mngmt makes up things to charge you for after moving out so that they can keep your security deposit. My apartment was left spotless, yet they wrongfully charged us $130 for cleaning the freezer (which they expect for you to take apart but don't tell you until after you move), cleaning the carpets (which is their responsibility), and then they charged an $65 "just because". We had to keep calling to get maintenance to change the A/C filter and the smoke detector. Maintenance just comes in whenever, no notice, no I.D., not even a knock! If Alana is still managing the apartments when you get to them RUN! She's ghetto and unprofessional.
