When my husband, daughter, and I first moved here, we thought it was a great place. Great sized rooms, cheap rent, pools, etc. After a month (in August) our air conditioner stopped working and by the time maintenance got there, it was over 90 degrees in my apartment. The maintenance guy actually yelled at my husband for asking questions because somehow there was a wire cut and supposedly we were trying to get a whole new AC. BULLCRAP. Neighbors play music, loiter, and let their 5 year olds run rampant until 4 AM. There are always big groups of people just standing in the road at all times of the day. There's a creepy worker that drives around and stares at you while putting tow stickers on people's cars for flat tires. A few days ago, my little girl and I were on the sidewalk with chalk and this drunk guy just came walking by and trying to talk to us. The laundry facility sucks and the office only answeres their phone when they want to. Maintenance usually takes forever to respond. We called about noisy neighbors a few times one night because nobody responded. the next day the maintenance guy called and said he had been sleeping. It's a joke. Also, we get more mail that is other peoples than ours. All around it's a noisy, unsafe, and cheap place.
