I moved into this HELL HOLE Spring of 2008. This is nearly Feb. of 2009. I would move, but my lease has not expired as of yet. I was in a basement apt. which flooded SIX times with sewage---NO JOKE. I had to nearly beg to be moved to a unit that did not flood. The neighbor I had in that basement apt. had a juvenile delinquent son whose friends tried TWICE to break into my apt., banged on my windows, called me abusive names and threatened me. When I contacted management about it, they/he acted like I was making it up; like I am a racist. I am not a racist, I assure you. The manager NEVER walks the property and is continually at his desk on the computer. He is LAZY! The noise level here is unnerving---sub woofers, neighbors that play their THUMPING music much too loudly and kids allowed to run WILD on the property. There are drug deals going on CONSTANTLY. My car has been scratched up BADLY and I cannot afford to have it repaired. NO ONE should have to live like this! Keep looking, folks. This IS NOT the place for you, I assure you.
