These apartments are great, aside from being a little pricey (compared to other places in town) for their age. My only complaints are the loud heating/cooling system and the inefficiency of the buildings (for example, I keep my thermostat set high during the summer and the AC still runs constantly with minimal air flow.. my bills are through the roof and maintenance says there's no problem with the system). The walls and floors/ceilings are rather thin, too; I can hear everything next-door and downstairs.. and I mean EVERYTHING.

The area is quiet for the most part; the residents are mostly grad students and working adults. The pool area is very well-kept, as are the rest of the grounds.

Management is great, the landscaping is nice, and there are several maintenance workers that respond to calls as soon as they can. The appearance of the grounds and the layout of the apartment helped me decide to live at Courtyard, but the increased rent and the expensive electricity bills are making me leave.

In both reviews I sense that the manager only likes to rent to certain kinds of people.
