This is one of the best places to live in town within its price range. The units are a little older but they are maintained and updated extremely well. Management and maintenance staff are the friendliest around and very responsive to residents' needs. The grounds are very well maintained and there is plenty of good parking. The only disadvantage is that walls and floors are thin so if you have a loud neighbor then they can be easily heard, but this isn't a major problem since most residents are grad students or adults. Also the units lose quite a bit of heat in the winter making for rather high gas bills, but the rest of the utilities have been very reasonable.
