Okay, so I lived there last year and I would not recommend it. I paid $250 for my rent plus all the utilities, cable/internet, and ameren ue. It averaged around $350-$380/month. It got extremely expensive as the apartments are older and not insulated well (not to mention there was a HUGE sliding glass door in the living room that leaked air!). The walls are paper thin and my closet was the size of a shoe box. They did not allow washer/dryer since we were on the 2nd floor. The smoke from our pothead neighbors constantly seeped into our apartment. The huge window in my bedroom was right next to a walk way....so people were always tapping on it, it made me feel unsafe. The stairs to the apartment were rickety....like the railing could have fallen at any time!! There is NO help from landlord when it comes to snow/ice. We had to scoop our own driveway and slide down an iced over hill to get to our apartments. Maintenance was crapppppyy! My toilet ran for a while so i called it into maintainece. took a couple weeks for them to come. They finally came to fix it, but then peed in my toilet and didn't flush! Turns out it really wasn't fixed, so I had to have a friend fix it for me! It also took them 2 weeks to come fix the airconditioning during the summer. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! One spot/2 bedroom apartment. The extra roommate must park on the street! Do not live here, it is a waste of your time and money.
