alright, i currently live here. the actual apartments are pretty good sized, but not for the price. I pay 500 a month, and about 200 a month for utilities.. --------. the landlord is a real ----... very invasive. i was walking out of the shower one day to find the landlady (well, i think her official title is "property manager") poking around in my apartment doing a "random inspection"... it's a quiet neighborhood, but you can't have pets and they find every excuse they can to ---- you out of money. if you're looking for a place where you can mind your own business and not feel like you're still living in a dorm--do NOT choose eagle crest! They have huge sliding glass doors that are a ----- to lock and unlock, so I never feel very safe. not a great place for students or people who like to party on occasion.. the walls are paper thin and i've had the cops called on me when I had only a few people over.. the sound just carries really bad through the walls. My boyfriend stays with me a lot of the time, and the landlady accused me of basically having a "squater".
