Horrible experience. I was looking for a sublease and almost got trapped into a full new lease. From the get go, the landlord was extremely rude and mean to me, talking to me like a child. She told my roommate to sue me when I simply asked if the deposit could go toward the last payment. The bathroom vent made the worst noise and the rooms were smoke stained on the ceiling and walls. Please do not think about looking into this place. As my first renting experience, I was never told the payment procedures and was charged immense last fees when went in to discuss the fact that I wasn't even told how much I was supposed to pay. I was told I would get a copy of the lease mailed to me, two weeks later I called about it and the landlord yelled at me on the phone telling me to pick it up at the office and that she doesn't mail anything out. This whole thing has been very confusing, frustrating, stressful, unprofessional, discriminating, and humiliating ...and I've only been there one month. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
