This place is a rat trap. I supposedly had an "upgraded" unit. The sliding door to the outside did not seal properly, so wind, rain and all kinds of little creatures (mice, spiders the size of my hand, beetles, roaches, crickets, mosquitoes, horsehair worms, etc.) found my apartment to be a nice place to hang out. Walls are paper thin. Insulation is awful and its cost an arm and a leg to heat/cool. Monthly you'll save easily $100 on utilities by going to a newer place. Dryer did not have a vent to the outside so our place became the humidity capital of Missouri every time we used it. Outlets were all worn to the point where cords would hardly stay in the wall. Definitely a fire hazard. I haven't had any problems with management but from what I've heard you don't get any of your security deposit back no matter what but we'll see what's up with that next week. I only pay $400 per month so I guess you get what you pay for.
