Do not live in forest village. I have lived here for almost 3 years because I havn't had the money for something nicer. The apartments are old, but they are liveable. The most important and worst thing is Dan Hagan. He owns Forest Village, Woodlake Village, and Broadway Village. He thinks that Forest Village is the best place ever. He is very rude and if you call to tell them something he is extrememly rude about it. I had a carpet cleaning guy just walk in my apartment without even knocking, so I called to tell them and ask that they have the people knock before just entering because they have a set of keys. He responded by telling me that the guy probably just thought no one was home and he didn't mean any harm and that I was over-reacting. He also went on to tell me there is nothing more to get from this conversation and he wouldn't talk to me. Although I was completely shocked because I wasn't arguing, yelling, or anything just explaining what had happened, and he treated me like a piece of trash. He hires high school drop outs to mow and do other crap. The pool is a piece of ---- and they don't clean it ever. I agree with the others, that the woman who answers the phone is a crack head like him. They are rude and Hagan does know about what he needs to do to be lawful, so he can get himself out of messes. Yes, the apartments themselves are okay, but the service you get is horrible. It is not nice to have a landlord who treats you like crap and a secretary who is the same. They are nice until you sign the lease, then you are theirs.

haha i work there and am one of them drop out of high school groundskeepers, but the funny thing is I am entering my senior year in College, wonder how that works? Maybe you should get a job to afford somewhere better. This high school dropout that mows lives in a wonderful 300 month towne home at the hills. prickkk
