We lived at forest village for 2 years under Dan Hagan, and we never had a problem with him. When it was time for us to move, the management changed. The new management is a huge corporate chain that passes the buck on most everything. We only lived there for a month under the new management, and it sucked! Our apartment was in top shape...we never had any parties there....and we barely received more than the legal requirement for our deposit return. They claimed we would get an itemized report for the deductions and we only got the tiny check! I'm glad I moved. Nevertheless, the cheap rent was worth it...I guess.
