New Management not good

The good things: The maintenance guy is very nice and the pool area is really nice, although it can get a bit crowded, which I guess is to be expected in a mainly college apartment complex

The "head" management person at the complex is very rude as well as another girl who works in the office. When we went to see a model, we asked to see the lower-priced model and they then promtply took us to the largest one available, and only when we were beginning the signing process did we see that it was the most expensive model. When we asked about it, they said "oh we had to show you the bigger one because that's our only model open right now" Would have been nice if they'd mentioned that BEFORE they showed it.

We also asked if parking was ever a problem in this particular unit because there seemed to be a limited number of spaces, and Stacey told us she lived nearby and parking is "never a problem" About half the time we come home and have no parking spaces. If you park on the curb, they put a sheet of paper on your window telling you that you must park in a space or you'll be towed.

Walls are very thin - we have neighbors who party a lot and it gets a little annoying.

They make you decide in December whether you want to sign for another year which begins in August, otherwise your rates will increase.

Don't expect them to be prompt about office hours.

They seem to have inspections or smoke alarm checks, etc at least every other month.

They don't always do what they advertise that they will - 11 months ago, we were supposed to get parking tags so that people who were not tenants would not be able to park near our buildings for football games or parties at the complex, but here we are 11 months later and we have yet to get the parking tags although they say that they are "coming"

Yea WTF is with the inspections. They tell us they are quarterly but we just had 2 in the span of 2 months.

Same thing this guy keeps bursting in every month, without calling.
