The apartments are not new but they are well kept. I live in a unit on the ground floor and rarely heard any neighbors. The pool is nice and the community is great to walk around. The staff takes care of needs quickly. They barbecue and hold other events for residents. I met my fiancee at one of their events! I am moving due to a job relocation but I reccomend Forest Village.
