I hate living at Gatehouse and really want to break my lease with them although finacially I am not sure that it is possible. They hasseled me about my roommate and made us attempt to find a cosigner and charged us for each one they ran a check on only to say they weren't good enough. Then when I threatened to move out they all of a sudden decided that he could live in the apartment with out a co-signer. I think they made like $100 off of the whole ordeal. I wish I had just moved but hind sight is 20/20. When I moved into the apartment it was dirty and there were already things broken in it. I was promised they would be fixed with in a few days of my living there, and they never would give me a copy of the move-in check list so I am sure I will be blamed and held responsible for these problems, because it has been about 4 months and 3 letters later and these problems still have not been addressed. Then to top it all off my roommates car was broken into late one night so now I am afraid my car will be next.
