I'm not joking when I say this. Gatehouse will suck you into the vortexs of hell and will spit you out in a spray of poo. You can't sleep because of the noise. Construction at 8 in the morning right next to your bedroom window. Parking spots taken up by rocks for "landscaping," if you can call it that. Flooding, in and outside of the apartments. Loud non-english speaking tenants. A laundry room that works from week to week. This place is awful. Absolutely terrible. Seek a homeless shelter before this place.
