Please dont listen to what Homekor says in their advertisements and also dont fall for their cheap pricing. You will definitely get what you pay for. First of all the neighbourhood is infested with -------- and east europeans making the complex a hell to live in......filthy people moving around, unpleasent smells throughout the complex, no security obviously, extremely noisy neighbourhood, ------ swimming pool, dog poop all over the place and zero attention to cleanliness, crappy laundry rooms with fear of clothes being stolen....the list goes on. you wont notice all that when you come in for an apartment tour, but believe me, it slowly builds on you. If that still doesnt scare you, feel free to experience it yourself.

I do agree Homekor properties are a little shady and you definately get what you pay for which is very little, however I don't believe every "Mexican and East European" LIVING (not infesting) there is the cause of every problem. I've seen people of every race and ethnicity create filth, noise, etc. on the properties. If you have a poor opinion of the property that's understandable, I completely agree but there is no need to use racism as justification for why you are unsatisfied!

They also manage duplexes and single family homes in Columbia, and those properties are pretty nice. (The properties are owned by private owners and Homekor manages them.)

you are a racist -------. Yes, Gatehouse sucks, but people like you don't make it a better place to live, that's for sure.
