This apartment provides nothing to tenants but a cheap place to live. There is no service from managment and the office staff is completely disorganized. The office staff has lost my deposit payments, misplaced maintenance requests and rents the same carport to multiple tenants. I usually have to call two to three times to get anything fixed as my requests are not documented. As I work during the day, I have requested copies of receipts for rent payment to be mailed or faxed -- they refuse to do so! The laundry room has half of the washers and dryers working at one time. Don't expect to get any service or any efficieny with this property managment. It is old and they do not maintain the property or the apartments. Their is contstant bug infestation, cracks in the walls, and water stains. DO NOT LIVE HERE -- DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT! Spend the extra $40- 50 a month a live where they appreciate their tenants!! If I could give no stars to this property, I would in an instant!
