New management definitely makes a difference

Gatehouse apartments have recently changed management, and I can tell the difference. The last company didn't care about the residents and let everything fall apart. The people in the office now are polite, and try to get things done. They are still not top of the line as far as apartments, but for the money, they are definitely changing my mind as far as moving elsewhere.
I really think the new change in management will be for the better for Gatehouse.

I use to work there and know personally that managers use to get on these sites and type up fake praise....such a sad truly pathetic attempt.
