It was really rough at first but it's since gotten much better. The management is really sweet, Brian is by far my favourite apartment manager, when anything is wrong he always checks in to make sure things are getting taken care of in a timely manner.

My name is Bryan Schultz, the property manager here at Gatehouse Apartments, and I just want to thank the individual who wrote the message "Much Better!". Our goal here at Gatehouse is to change the views of prior/potential residents, as we continually strive to not only make Gatehouse better, but to make the Gatehouse residents feel more like a family. The old cliche' that "customers come first" is often forgotten and overlooked. Bull! This place has gotten worse, with a prettier face. Rather than fix what needs it they plant pretty new trees and put in nicer wood around the parking lots! Gatehouse is worse than ever, and the staff is just as bad as before. You can got to a million other places and get more for your mone! I smell management writing reviews for themselves!

No the management did not write the review. I've been a tenant for going on two years now and nothing got done before Brian got here. The company they work for sucks but the people in the office really try and that is extremely commendable considering I would have quit this job a long time ago if I were them. Gatehouse is an old community, they're doing the best they can with it though. When a water main broke outside my apartment the other week Brian was out there in the cold making sure stuff got done quickly and correctly. That's more than I can say for alot of other property managers out there.
