Kelly's Ridge is a little more expensive than some other places, but I really like that the management is responsive and actually ENFORCES rules. If you are an adult looking for a quiet, safe place to live, I would check it out. Every complaint I have ever had about tenants or the apartment has been resolved to my satisfaction. I will be sad to move at the end of my three year stay in Columbia--all three years were spent at Kelly's Ridge.
