I have lived at Kelly's Ridge for some time now and I absolutely love it! It is very quiet at night...(I live on the first floor and can barely hear my neighbors above me). The office staff is very helpful and kind plus the residents that I have met have all been pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and so are the apartments. From young professionals to families to retired, this place is perfect! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
