They offer may seem atracting and they apts may seem new, however be prepared for surprises like leaking windows or broken smoke alarms which wake you up in the middle of the night. Note also that usually their apts have windows on one side only and their pool is open basicly in summer. Moroever Kelly's Ridge has some intriguing policy on deposits left by their customers. Not only they want you to pay them 200$ (of say 680$) for vaccuming the carpets and painting the walls but then no matter how hard you try they charge you with some cleaning (worth 100$). I guess they could easliy take it all if have a chance. I would stay away of the apt complex if ever return to Missouri Columbia.
