Kelly's Ridge

I have had so many problems with Kelly's Ridge. It seemed great when I first moved in. Then I started having all of these problems. I would have moved out when my lease ended after the first year, but the problems were not really horrible, and I hate moving. So I stayed.
I had a lot of problems with bugs. Spiders, flying ants, beetles. The flying ants came out of the fan in the bedroom. Not fun. Then it took the maintenance men almost a week to come fix it.
I smell the cigarette smoke from my neighbor's apartment. I don't smoke, nor do I let anyone smoke in my apartment. The management said it was because of some sort of ventilation between the apartments that was letting the smoke in.
I can hear my neighbors talking when I am in the bathroom. I can also hear their music on a regular basis. The noise problems can only be reported if there are issues after 11 PM. So when the people upstairs are having a party and I don't feel well and want to go to bed, I can't because I hear everything they are doing.
In the summer, almost every time I went to the pool, there were people smoking and drinking.
About half the times I called the maintenance people and explained a problem, they would come and try to fix something else.
I was really excited to move into Kelly's Ridge. I thought I was finally going to live in a place that I could enjoy. Sadly, I was really wrong. Many of my friends live in less expensive places that are a lot better. Go find one of those places. This place is not worth what I'm paying for it.
