I moved to Kelly's Ridge in 2005 into a 1 bedroom small and just signed my 5th lease to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I have loved it here. The price is reasonable compared to what I get. It's quiet, safe, and has nice amenities. The pool is great but can get rather crowded on holiday weekends and warmer Saturday/Sundays. It isn't a quiet pool since there are lots of children who live here but if you're looking to get some sun and enjoy the pool, it's wonderful. The clubhouse is a great feature that you can rent out for a decent fee. I have used it to host graduation parties and baby and bridal showers. All of my guests loved the location and it fit our needs wonderfully. I don't use the workout room at the clubhouse that often because it's fairly small for the number of tenants but catch it at an empty time and it's nice to use. There is a tennis court that I have never used but always seems to have people playing on it every time I drive past it.

As for my apartment - I enjoyed my 1 bedroom while I was there. It had adequate storage for me as well as decent living space. There were some issues with the building settling and cracks happening in the wall but personally, it didn't bother me much - I wasn't concerned with the integrity of the building itself. The thing that bothered me the most at the 1 bedroom was the fact that the air-conditioning unit is located in the bathroom and there is a vent directly above the shower which makes a shower very chilly if the air is running while you're taking one. I didn't really have any noise complaints from that apartment but I lived on the 3rd floor with no one above me. As another reviewer stated, they could hear their neighbors when they were in the bathroom - so could I but it didn't bother me. I assumed they could hear me in the bathroom as well. That noise issue is just what happens when you live in an apartment. Maintenance was always on top of things or any issues that I had. I never had any trouble with the office staff - they are always willing to answer any questions or fix any issue.

Having just moved into my 2 bedroom - I love it! The space is wonderful, plus the larger patio size is great. I especially love the large storage closet off the patio. I can't say if I'll re-sign next year because I'm not sure of what the future may bring but if I need to live in an apartment, I would gladly stay here. I also would gladly and whole heartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If you're looking for a quiet, well maintained place to live, you should give Kelly's Ridge a look.
