Kitty Hawk is great. The ladies in the management office are very friendly, helpful and empathetic. I had a roommate problem earlier in the year and was going to have to break my lease, but the manager helped me through it. The complex is quiet and disturbances are rare. The other comment made it sound like management did not enforce the rules. The pools have video survalence. I had one kid with me and a lady came out to check my pass. Maybe this year they are having less problems. Mantenance is fast to respond to all problems. I've enjoyed my stay here and plan to live here a few more years. I would highly recommend giving these people a call.
