Maintenance is really horrible- everything is slapshod.
They make you get renter's insurance only to cover their own butts in case any part of the apartment gets damaged- no matter whose fault it is (even if its nobody's!).
They allow people to smoke in their apartment- and it leaks through the walls. My next door neighbor smokes and our apartment reeks. I mean- really smells terrible because of it.
The worst part of it all- is that management will DO NOTHING to ensure the feeling of safety for its own residents.

I'm very thankful to get out of here.
